Changes to Regulation CC Funds Availability Rules
Effective July 1, 2025
The funds availability rules have been adjusted by the Federal Reserve Board for inflation, effective July 1, 2025. Members will experience the following changes:
- The minimum amount available on the next business day for certain deposits increased from $225 to $275.
- The cash withdrawal amount increased from $450 to $550.
- The new account next-day availability amount increased from $5,525 to $6,725.
- The civil liability amount increased from $1,100 to $1,350.
