Fees Increase Takes Effect October 1, 2010
The fees charged for insufficient funds (NSF) and stop payments will increase to $35.00 effective October 1, 2010. This applies to all insufficient fund (NSF) items for checks and ACH on share draft (checking) and share accounts, and to all stop payments entered for checks and ACH items. The fee also applies when any check written to First Carolina Postal Credit Union (i.e. loan payments, deposits, etc.) is returned to the credit union unpaid for any reason.
* Checks reported lost or stolen will not be charged a stop payment fee.
** Stop payment fees are only charged if the check or ACH item tries to clear the account.
New Office Hours for Rocky Mount Branch
Effective August 1, 2009, the Rocky Mount Branch of First Carolina Postal Credit Union will have new office hours. The new hours will be:
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
9:30am to 4:30pm

For vehicles 4 to 7 years old, we will finance up to 80% of the average retail value per Black Book for the same great low rates! *And again, make your payments through payroll deduction or automatic payment, and you will receive ½% off of your interest rate.
